About NEMO Science Museum

The NEMO Science Museum in Amsterdam offers a wide range of interactive exhibits and activities that the whole family can enjoy. Explore the evolution of technology and learn about scientific developments from the past and present.

With five floors of interactive exhibits, visitors can explore a variety of topics, including biology, chemistry, engineering, and astronomy. With something for everyone, there is something for every age and interest.

Play with the giant dominoes, or explore the wonders of physics in the Physics Lab. Kids will love exploring the Human Body Lab, where they can learn all about the human body and DNA. Whatever your interests, you're sure to find something to explore at NEMO!

Opening Times and Entry Fees

NEMO Science Museum is open seven days a week from 10 am to 5 pm, excluding holidays and Christmas. Entry fees are €14 for adults, €11 for children aged 4-17, and free for children under 4 years old. You can also get discounted tickets online or family tickets. Group bookings are available too.

Important Information

The museum is wheelchair accessible, but some areas of the building may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. To ensure the safety of all visitors, a strict no photography policy applies in certain exhibits.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have any questions or require assistance during your visit, there are knowledgeable staff members onsite who are more than happy to help.
